Lucky for you I’ve had a WEIRD life and never really fit in anywhere but kinda fit in everywhere? Mix together school nerd who learned more in detention than class, star athlete with a partying problem, a youth pastor with a passion for science and debate, and have me grow up in a rich beach resort and I’m not saying I was poor I’m just saying my Grandmom didn’t let us use the heat because we had “special Soviet military blankets.”
How does that translate to the baddest hottest strength and conditioning program on the internet streets? My life has been pretty unorthodox and I’ve used knowledge from countless disciplines, including my M.S. in biomechanics, to put together the future of training. It’s a celebration of what our body’s can DO for us, and you’ll look way better in the process.
The feeling of being strong, capable, and healthy is one of the most empowering experiences and is truly life changing. Lifting weights is fun but changing lives is what Red5 does.
